The Energy Continues!
Although we took a little break during the Christmas holiday, the excitement and energy of 100 SPARKS continues! Elizabeth Szolosi, our Director of Guest Happiness, shares her thoughts about the first few weeks of the program:
"I think 100 SPARKS has the potential to surprise me in many different ways. However, being only a couple weeks into the journey, I am most impressed so far at how it has internally created a buzz amongst our own staff. There is something comforting about coming together every day (maybe even twice a day!) with your team members to brainstorm about ways to intentionally “spark” your clients. This energizing environment is addicting to be around and can only create positive experiences for our staff and (of course) our clients!"
