CUSTOMER SPARK #23 - SHADES IN A SNAP

During a meeting, our clients began taking group photos to document their day.  At one point, they wanted to go celebrity-style (you know only the cool ones wear shades!), but lacked the sunglasses needed to complete the cool. Without hesitation, our entire staff dropped what they were doing when they heard the client was looking for sunglasses.  Within moments we had staff running to their cars (one even ran across the street and up 5 levels in the parking garage) to gather as many pairs of glasses that we could find.  When the sunglasses were presented to the client, their smiles were a great reminder that the little things do pay off!

Why this is one of our favorite sparks:
As a team, we took action without even thinking about it. When we heard that the group was looking for something that we didn't have in the space, we didn't give up our search. We took it personally and made it happen. It proves that just because we don't have the resources right in front of our eyes, that doesn't mean that there aren't other resources we can tap into.

When was the last time you did a little thing that made a big difference for your customer? Tell us about it!
