CUSTOMER SPARK #30 - TRAFFIC & WEATHER TOGETHER
When a bad snowstorm began to hit Columbus, our staff immediately started to gather weather and traffic information. On breaks in their meetings, our guests could inquire about the snowfall and road conditions to keep informed and make decisions about how long their meeting should last, when to hit the road, etc.
Why this is one of our favorite sparks:
Our staff thought about what our guests would be worried about during their meeting. They also inherently understood that the way to curb worry is to provide as much information as possible about the worrisome topic. This kind of act provides an amazing amount of peace of mind for our guests, and they view it in the "above and beyond" category, especially when we do it without being asked.
