MORE INTERNAL SPARKS FROM OUR STAFF
We love what this project is doing with our staff. The first few weeks, we solicited for thoughts that we could include on the blog from our team. Now, they're sending in their thoughts "unprovoked." It shows we're making a huge culture shift. Here's what Eve, our Chief Detail Diva (real title) had to say:
"The challenge to always come up with new and different ways to better serve our clients is not always easy, but it IS always fun. We're all competitive people-pleasers here at sparkspace. It's fun to see what Katie will think of next. Or Sutton. Or Elizabeth. Or Linnea, Alia, or Kara. It's as simple as catching the phone on the second ring, if not before. Or stopping what's on our list of things to do to offer a tour (with a smile) to a guest, because they are excited to be here for the first time. And like anything, the more you focus your attention on something, the better you become, the better service you provide, the happier your clients are to be around you, and in the end, the happier and more fulfilled your team becomes. We're all in this together to spark a service revolution!"
