CUSTOMER SPARK #35 - WORLD WIDE WOW

We have a computer station set up so our guests can check email, surf the web, and print documents when they need to. We normally have a web browser loaded up with our website as a subtle way to promote our business when somebody walks up to use the computer.

We only had one meeting booked one day, so instead of loading our website on that computer, we loaded our customer's website instead. They were pleasantly surprised to see their logo and their company prominently displayed!

Why this is one of our favorite sparks:
This was an extremely simple idea, but paid off in a very big, very personal way. This small gesture made our clients feel that much more at home here, which is a great example of hospitality (which is service at it's best).
