CUSTOMER SPARK #41 - NO LINE FOR THE LOO
We had a large group in one of our meeting rooms. The group decided to take a break mid-morning. What do people do on a break in a meeting? Go to the bathroom, of course!
Normally, the traffic to our bathrooms kind of naturally equalizes. There's never really a backup or a line. This meeting was different. A larger than normal group of women gathered together to head to the powder room. Two of our team members looked at each other and had the same thought: they're gonna need more bathrooms!
So these two ran down the hall, headed off the group, and showed them where more bathrooms were located so they wouldn't have to wait in line.
Why this is one of our favorite sparks:
We saw an obstacle to our guests' enjoyment of our space and immediately removed it. We had never experienced this problem before, but we acted on it the moment it showed up. The guests thought we were extremely thoughtful and appreciated the gesture.
