The Idea That Will Change Customer Service Forever
Customer service is at an all time low. In fact, it's wicked bad in way too many places. That's why we've decided to do something about it!
We've challenged our company to create 100 brand new customer service "sparks"as a way to propel our service to a whole new level. The sparks can be simple gestures or grand WOW experiences. The catch is that they must be something we may not have done before this challenge.
We want every company on the planet to take the challenge, but somebody had to do it first, so here we go.
Imagine if every company took this challenge. In a very short amount time, great service would be the norm instead of the exception.
If you believe in amazing service, subscribe to this blog and spread the word about it! We also hope you'll consider taking the 100 SPARK challenge in your company! If you need help getting started, contact us at mark@sparkspace.com.

As a technician I try to keep it "old shcool" like you stated in the post. I have a phrase I live by "fix the unit not the problem". What this means is look at the entire unit for potential issues and repair it before it becomes a problem. Sure you can fix what is broken at that moment but how long before it goes down again due to your neglect to take the extra time to look for potential issues. This code of diagnosing has served me and my customers well for many years. Reply to this
