In 2019 we collaborated with prestigious partners to make the 100 SPARKS ARTWEEK greater. Please see below the results! We would like to thank you all for your effort! Enjoy!

MOME ANIM x 100 SPARKS
An amazing collaboration between the Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design, faculty of Animation, with the leading curation of Zsuzsanna Kreif and Eszter Glaser. Third year students of the faculty created animation projects for our 100 Sparks initiative and for Ipolytarnóc. Students visited the village regularly to do research, make friends, film, photograph and explore.

TAMÁS ORBÁN x 100 SPARKS – 3 DAYS OF SONGWRITING WORKSHOP

In June 2019 the Litke Elementary School welcomed Tamás Orbán’s fantastic songwriting workshop. The applying students worked for 3 days, instead of regular classes and wrote the lyrics and the music for the 2019 “Be a spark” anthem with the professional help of Ferenc Csiszár, guitarist. The students also filmed a music video, where they sang the song they wrote. One of the most heartwarming moments of 100 Sparks 2019!

TELEP ART GALLERY x 100 SPARKS – IPOLYTARNÓC NOW
A great collaboration between Telep Art Gallery, Ipolytarnóc and 100 Sparks. With the help of our local team led by Ádám Bada, we sent 5 pieces of disposable BLACK&WHITE cameras to the village and asked Ádám, to pass the cameras around and guide the participants to take photos of things they like and value.
We curated and exhibited the photographs in Ipolytarnóc at the Barrack Exhibition room and at Telep Art Gallery in Budapest. Special thanks to Kristóf Kovács for making it happen!

Choose beauty, whisper poems, touch contrasts, breathe out. 36 photos, 35 mm

DESIGN CHALLENGE FOR GOOD
We organised a design challenge for graphic designers to create the most abstract, cool and great typo for “BE A SPARK”!
We received 75 applications, our professional jury chose 5 of them, to turn them into limited edition t-shirts and to offer the profit of sales for a community goal in Ipolytarncóc. We sold almost all of the t-shirts, special thanks to everyone for the support and we organised a summer drawing workshop in the village for children!
